Reading the data sheets online saved me from contacting anyone, though support was quick when I did. Comfortable and reliable. I wash them weekly and they've held their shape, though the elastic top has relaxed a little after three months of hard use.

Never felt rushed in the chat, even though I had a dozen questions about hearing protection. Used them heavily over a summer of scaffold and cladding work. Sweat is a factor, but the fabric never felt clammy, and after washing they came up like new.

For the price, they're very good. Slightly stiff when new, and they stretched to fit within a few days. The thumb loops could be a hair bigger for chunky hands.
