Everything arrived in order. Only quibble is that the printed instructions are folded so tightly I tore a corner opening them.

Product is great, communication was fine. Wish the tracking showed a delivery window.

Straps have not stretched or slipped after six weeks. My old one needed re-tightening every hour.

Good for glazing work. Chest strap buckle is on the fiddly side when wearing thick gloves.

Order arrived in a tidy bundle of two harnesses, both tagged and in bags. No fuss with returns.

Bought to replace a worn harness. Very comfortable, but the price is a little higher than I paid last time.
