Delivery to a remote site in Norway was arranged by ClearEdge with a phone number for the courier, which really helped. Nice fit and warm, and the reflective stripes are a good width. My only small complaint is the zip on the hand pockets, which is a little noisy when I walk.

The zip on the chest pocket snagged in the first week and I had to work it free with pliers. It runs smoothly now. The jacket is warm and the reflective bands are good, but I expected a better zip for the price.
