Description
Vented industrial helmet for ground and height work with Air Comfort padding, a chin strap with safety-eyelet system and a breathable sweatband. It has slots for ear defenders and headlamps, a rotary size knob, and an NFC chip for digital identification. Certified to EN 397 including very low temperatures, with a service life of up to 10 years.

I found the chin strap uncomfortable, it digs into my jaw. Otherwise the helmet is well made.

My favourite thing is how quiet the suspension is. No creaking whatsoever. During a busy week, ClearEdge still replied to my sizing question the same day and dispatched my order the next morning.

My experience is that it is a solid but plain helmet. It has all the parts you expect and it feels safe, but I found the comfort padding rather hard after several hours. I have added a foam strip to the forehead, which helped. Would not be my first pick again.

Been in construction for thirty years. I judge a helmet by whether I forget I am wearing it. By that test this one is a winner. Balanced, stable, cool enough, and the chin strap does not flap. Recommended it to my son who has just started as an apprentice carpenter.
