Description
High-speed computerized flat glove knitting machine for seamless work and labor protection gloves. It knits whole-finger, half-finger and other glove types automatically in sizes M, L and XL and works on 7, 10 or 13 gauge. A touch-screen control with USB copy, servo-driven carriage, infrared drop detection and automatic density control keep production consistent. Average output is about 320 pairs per unit with a 500 W main motor on single-phase 220 V supply.

Decent value for the price. The delivery date slipped twice and we had no clear updates in between. The machine itself performs as described, though we needed to fine tune take down tension ourselves. Installation coordination took a few more messages than I expected, yet everything was clear in the end and the start up went well.

Speed is respectable on 13 gauge liners without any drop in stitch quality. We measured a modest gain per shift compared with our previous generation of machines. Noise is louder than I hoped though, and after a few weeks we moved the operators' break area further from the row of machines.

Yarn tension control is very good once set. Getting it set for elastic blends needed more patience than I expected. Support was kind and gave several tips. Straightforward communication throughout, and ClearEdge never left a message from us unanswered for more than a day.

Freight took about ten days longer than the forwarder estimated, but the crates arrived well packed and nothing was damaged. Commissioning was done in two days. Happy with the results so far. Good coordination between their engineer and our electrician, with a shared checklist that kept both sides on track.
