  1. Lukas H. –

Plant quality engineer here. We use the tensile machine daily for seam strength and webbing tests. Load readings match our reference cell within a small tolerance, and the grip alignment is good, so specimen breaks occur in the middle rather than at the jaws, which is what we want. Software exports work fine, and we drop the files into our quality system without reformatting.

  2. Colm R. –

The cut testing device came with sensible spare parts and a simple guide for changing the blade. My technicians handled every step themselves and the supplier's support answered our questions quickly. Repeat measurements on reference fabric show tight scatter.

  3. Ivo S. –

Excellent machine for impact tests on helmets and protective shells. Setting the drop height takes a moment and is somewhat manual. Otherwise, results are stable and the data output is easy to handle in our reports.

  4. Yolanda P. –

We use the cut tester in the incoming inspection of protective glove fabrics. The pass fail results correlate well with the values reported by our suppliers, and the software's pass fail indicator saves time for our technicians. Calibration took less than an hour with the supplied weights.

  5. Sinem A. –

Reliable, quiet, tidy. Our lab assistants like how tidy it is on the bench.

  6. Sabrina T. –

Our lab is small, so ease of use matters. Two people share the impact rig, and both can run a full test series after a short walk through. Guard interlock and emergency stop feel robust and give me peace of mind. Training for our operators was arranged by the ClearEdge team around our shift plan, and the trainer explained each control step by step.
