Works well technically, but the packaging was damaged and the guard panel arrived bent, delaying installation by ten days. The supplier replaced it at no charge. Software licence renewal terms were not very clear.

Decent tester but my team found the initial setup confusing. The manual assumes prior knowledge of test standards, and a couple of terms were not explained. We ended up calling support twice. Once running, results have been consistent.

Impressive accuracy in our tear tests. The grips are well designed, and specimens rarely slip. The software takes some time to learn, and the online help is limited, so I spent an evening reading the manual. After that, I had no trouble.

Robust tester with good documentation. The touch screen is sometimes slow to respond, and I would like a way to duplicate a test recipe in one step. Still, I would happily recommend it to other labs.
