Description
The P2000 TS is a programmed hydraulic press for attaching soles to safety shoes, work boots and other footwear after cementing. Lamellar rubber-sector pads with three independent pressure zones adapt to the sole shape, and self-levelling toe tips fix the upper on the last for stable adhesion before the pressing cycle. The pad upstroke is adjustable so both low shoes and boots can be processed. Cycles are set on a touchscreen panel, and the machine runs on 1.5 kW electric power with a hydraulic pump rated at 100 kg/cm2.

Machine arrived well crated, and the commissioning engineer spent three days with us. By the end my operators were pouring good soles without help. A month later the engineer rang to check on progress and offered advice about mould release spray, which helped us reduce sticking.

Our purchasing department liked that the proforma invoice, packing list and freight schedule all matched one another exactly. Cycle time on a standard work boot sole is around what the seller said, and reject rates stay low. Mould release use is modest.
Anders J. –
Very good sole quality. Documentation for electrical drawings arrived after installation instead of before, which slowed our electrician. Machine itself is trouble free.
Dilek S. –
We tried a range of mould temperatures during the trial. The machine held each setting closely, and the sole skin looked clean every time.

Learning curve was gentle. I trained three operators in a week, and the recipe screen prevents accidental changes with a simple password.

Preventive maintenance is straightforward. The list in the manual is realistic, and my maintenance lead completes it on Saturday mornings in about two hours.
