Description
A computer-controlled machine that lasts the waist and heel of the shoe upper around the last before the sole is attached, suited to safety shoes with leather or synthetic uppers. Five independent side-lasting units and three-stage adjustable finger pressure adapt to different heel shapes for a tight, even fit. A touchscreen controller stores settings for repeatable results. Rated output is 2,600 to 3,500 pairs per 8-hour shift.

We use it for injected PU midsoles. Foam structure is fine and even, and shoes feel the same from pair to pair, which our brand customers care about.

Our purchasing team liked the clear quotation, and the machine matched it line for line. No surprise charges on freight or installation, which is rare in this business. Answers on compressed air consumption and noise level came quickly, and the figures matched what we measured later.

Mould changes on our safety shoe line now take around forty minutes with two people. Before, it was closer to two hours. Alignment pins and quick clamps make a real difference.

We make shoes for the food industry, so cleanliness matters. The surfaces of the machine wipe down easily, and no grease drips onto the product. Setting up a line for hi-vis vest production, we needed advice on layout, and the team sent a sensible floor plan proposal.
