  1. Tommy S. –

Decent equipment, though I found the price of consumables such as reeds and needles high compared with what we used before. Support is fair and the machine performs, but budget for spares. Freight took ten days longer than promised.

  2. Sofie J. –

Very predictable. Same width and same feel roll after roll. Our customers like the consistent feel.

  3. Olga R. –

Solid stitching machine for harness assembly. Speed is good, and the operators like the foot control. Adjusting the presser foot height for different webbing thicknesses takes a moment, but it is straightforward.

  4. Musa D. –

After eight months of steady use, no failures. The loom has needed only cleaning and lubrication, and weaving consistency is better than the older machine we replaced. Spare reeds cost more than I expected.
