Description
Dual-track drop tower for testing the impact absorption and penetration resistance of safety and sports helmets. A PLC control system shows drop height, accelerometer peak value, test curve, impact velocity and impact time in real time. It uses an imported unidirectional accelerometer for accurate readings. Reports can be saved as Word, Excel, PDF or JPG, and the software runs in English or Chinese. Supplied with a one-year warranty.

Setting up our new PPE lab took several months, and the tester was the piece of equipment that gave us the least trouble. It arrived on schedule, the technician trained us in an afternoon, and our first verification run matched the reference values.
Vanessa R. –
The abrasion tester is well built and the counters are accurate. Consumable abradant discs are expensive, and I wish the supplier had a bulk discount option. Otherwise the equipment has worked without trouble for almost a year.
Ewa D. –
The abrasion machine is very stable. I gave four stars because the software interface looks dated and lacks a search function for old tests, but the data is always saved correctly and can be exported.

The proforma invoice had a wrong postcode, which we noticed ourselves, and the corrected copy came back in a few minutes. We bought the cut resistance tester while preparing our lab for accreditation. Repeatability between operators is very good, and the software produces a clean report per specimen that our assessor found easy to follow. Blade change and load cell checks are quick, and the supplier included a clear calibration procedure. We also appreciated a quick reference sheet for blade replacement and load cell verification, which the supplier sent as a PDF before the machine arrived, so our technicians could read it while the crate was in transit.
Dolores C. –
Very repeatable, even between different operators. Our audit sample series matched within a tight margin.
Nham V. –
Repeatability across ten specimens from one roll was better than what we got with our older unit. That alone justified buying it. The clamps hold fabric firmly without crushing.
Pavlos D. –
As quality manager, I value repeatability and record keeping above all. The system stores every test with operator name, date and calibration status, and blocks testing when calibration is overdue, which keeps us honest. Our auditor liked it, and I sleep easier now. The password levels for operators and supervisors make sense to our team.

After a year of use, our quality team runs about thirty specimens a day on the tensile machine with no unplanned downtime. The load cell has held its calibration, and reports go straight to the customer portal with only minor editing. The supplier's support team has been reachable by phone whenever we needed.
