Delivery terms were spelled out in the ClearEdge quote, so there was no confusion about who handled unloading at our site. We produce lanyards and shock absorbing webbing for industrial customers, and our purchase decision was based on consistency. After a year of use the machine has done what we wanted. Yarn changeovers are manageable, and support was quick every time we called with a question. One thing I would advise is to test the loom with your own yarn before purchase. The supplier arranged this, and it gave us confidence about the tension settings and the width tolerance.

  2. Cara D. –

Stitch strength results are excellent. Our test lab pulls samples daily and the numbers barely move. We also log each pull test alongside the batch number, which gives our customers extra confidence when they ask for records.

  3. Peter K. –

Consistent width, consistent density, and few thread breaks. Two years of similar looms behind me, and this compares well.

  4. Marcelo D. –

Maintenance has been easy. We follow the weekly and monthly schedule, and the loom has kept running smoothly over ten months of daily use. When one bearing got noisy, support identified it from a short video and shipped a replacement the same day. Our maintenance team has added the machine's checks to our normal weekly plan without any extra staff.
