Cutting quality is fine, but the marker software felt dated and took our planner a few weeks to get comfortable with. Support was helpful. I would still buy again, just budget extra training time.

Our previous process used paper patterns and scissors for prototypes. Now we run a small batch of test garments in the morning and adjust the marker before lunch. This has shortened our sample turnaround a lot. Marker adjustments are quick now, so we can also accept smaller custom orders with logo panels that we used to turn down. That has brought in a couple of new customers in the last quarter, and I did not expect this side benefit when I signed off the purchase. Machine arrived intact after a long sea journey, and the freight team had already agreed a delivery slot with our plant.

Ordering, freight and commissioning for the sewing unit were handled professionally. They even sent a short video showing how to thread the machine for heavy thread. Customer care after installation was attentive, and the team checked on us again once the first batch of finished products had been shipped.

Works, but the spreading area beside the table is smaller than I assumed from the drawings, so we had to move a shelving unit. Software update process was also clumsy. Cutting accuracy no complaints. The freight date moved by two days, but the team told us right away and confirmed the new slot with our forwarder.

Cutting knife quality is good and lasts through a full production run of hi-vis rainwear. We would like a wider range of blade shapes, but the supplier said more options are coming.
Beatriz S. –
We are a mid sized workwear plant and the cutter fits our needs well. Only complaint is that the operator manual is translated awkwardly in a few places, so we wrote our own quick start sheet.

Cutting head is precise, but changing between fabric types needs a fair bit of parameter tweaking, and the presets did not fit our laminated fabrics. Took about a week of trial and error. Fine now.
Christian F. –
Uptime has been excellent. We had one sensor fault in the first year and the replacement arrived by courier within two days, with clear instructions for fitting.

Reliable cutting for our high visibility vests. A small gripe is the dust extraction, which needs emptying more often than we expected, but that is easy to manage.
