Seams are straight and the stitch density is repeatable, which matters for our customers' audits.

Template sewing station does the pocket flap and chest band very consistently. Setting up a new template took our technician most of an afternoon the first time, but the second one was done in under an hour.

Getting a revised quote from ClearEdge after we changed the configuration took a single day, and the differences were highlighted clearly. After a year I have no complaints. The maintenance schedule in the manual is realistic, and we have kept to it without hurting production.

As a plant engineer I checked the electrical cabinet and the cable routing before power up, and it was neatly done. Startup went smoothly.

The sewing unit runs reliably, though the thread cutter needed adjusting twice in the first month. The supplier walked us through it by video call and it has held since.

A very dependable pair of machines for our contract sewing work. The training sessions were practical and our operators now handle basic maintenance without calling anyone. We tested the first few weeks with mixed fabrics to build confidence and found the results reproducible. Operators like the light table view on screen, and the cutting head is quiet enough that the sewing floor next to it is not disturbed by it.
