The impact tester is fine, but the calibration kit we needed was sold separately and I only noticed after ordering. Also the lead time was around ten weeks. Once set up, the machine performs as described and results are stable.

Very repeatable tensile tests. Setup of the test standard templates was a little laborious, and I wish more common ones came preloaded. The supplier sent files for the ones we asked for, which was helpful.

We have used the cut tester for four months. Results agree with our reference lab, calibration is easy, and reports look neat. Blade cost is the only sore spot, and shipping of the first batch took a bit longer than the estimate.

The cut tester gives good results, but blade holders wear faster than I anticipated and replacements are pricey. Support is decent. I suggest ordering spare holders together with the machine to avoid downtime.

Solid mechanics, but the software felt clumsy at first and the report layout required some workarounds. We eventually built a template that suits our lab. Support was polite but slow to respond in the first week. Repeatability of results is good.

The impact rig delivers consistent energy at the strike point, verified with our own reference checks. I would appreciate a wider range of anvil options, though the supplier offered to quote extras. Installation was smooth and took under a day.

I wanted equipment that would help us pass an external assessment without a lot of extra paperwork. The abrasion tester arrives with a full calibration certificate and a plain maintenance log template, so we filled it in from day one. The assessor commented positively on the traceability of our records. Lab preparation took us about five weeks in total, and the equipment records were the smallest problem of the project.

The tensile machine has a strong frame and handles heavy harness webbing. Software is stable, though the graph zoom feature is a bit awkward. Support gave us a workaround and said an update is planned.
