Description
Fully integrated production line for foldable KN95, N95 and FFP2 respirators with 3 to 6 layers. It handles raw material feeding, inner nose clip insertion, pattern welding, printing, headband welding, folding, edge sealing, mask cutting and scrap collection in one continuous process. Output is up to 25-30 masks per minute at a mask size of 167 x 112 mm. Optional extras include ultrasonic breathing valve welding, nose sponge applicator and inkjet printing. The line runs on 12 kW at 380 V three-phase.
