The ear loop welder is precise. Setting the loop length for different mask sizes requires care, and the first few times we had rejects, but with practice it is easy. Training could have included a bit more on troubleshooting. A helpful review call after the first month covered maintenance, spare parts and questions our team had gathered.

Compact enough for our hall, and quiet compared with our previous cutter. Easy to keep clean. It fitted through our door as well.

Excellent seam appearance and smooth handling of the filter layers. The stacker keeps a tidy count.

Plant engineer speaking. The control cabinet is clean, terminals are labelled, and the pneumatic circuits are simple to trace. We found and fixed a leak in ten minutes.

Cleaning takes twenty minutes at the end of a shift and the line restarts easily the next morning. Our operators have taken over the daily cleaning as a routine, and the supplier's checklist is taped next to the machine, so even the new hires follow the same steps without asking, which keeps the weld quality steady from shift to shift.
