Description
The Magna-Spin is a semi-automatic spin coater that washes, hard coats and UV cures ophthalmic lenses, including polycarbonate safety lenses. It applies UV-curable all-solids or solvent-based lacquers for high scratch resistance and repeatable coating quality. One-piece flow processing avoids batching and works with ART-blocked and unblocked lenses. Throughput reaches 100 lenses per hour with all-solids chemistry.
